01Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all use of the SocialBoiler service, including content you generate, store, or publish through us. We may update it at any time; the current version always governs your continued use.

02Prohibited content

You may not use SocialBoiler to create, store or publish content that:

  • Violates law — anything illegal under the laws of the United States, your country of residence, or the country your content is targeted at;
  • Sexualizes minors — including any depiction, description or content that sexualizes anyone under 18;
  • Promotes violence or terror — incites, glorifies, or provides operational support for violent extremism, terrorism, or large-scale violence;
  • Harasses, threatens or defames — targets a person or group with abuse, threats, doxxing, sexual harassment, or defamatory statements presented as fact;
  • Promotes hate — attacks individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or another protected characteristic;
  • Deceives or defrauds — phishing, scams, fake giveaways, financial fraud, pump-and-dump schemes, deepfake disinformation about real people without consent, or content that misrepresents events in a way reasonably calculated to mislead;
  • Infringes IP or privacy — uses copyrighted material, trademarks, likenesses, voices or private information without rights or consent (see our DMCA Policy);
  • Spam — bulk identical or near-identical posts, engagement-bait gimmicks, content designed to circumvent platform ranking, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour;
  • Violates platform rules— content that breaks the rules of the social platform it's being posted to (each connected platform has its own terms; you remain bound by them).

03AI-specific rules

Because SocialBoiler generates content with AI, additional rules apply:

  • No non-consensual deepfakes. You may not generate video, voice or imagery that impersonates a real person without their clear and current consent. This includes public figures, celebrities, and private individuals.
  • No automated voice impersonation.Don't use voice synthesis to mimic a real person's voice without consent.
  • No medical, legal, financial or other professional advicepresented as authoritative without proper qualifications and disclaimers — AI Outputs can be wrong, and you're responsible for the content you publish.
  • Disclose AI use where required. Some jurisdictions (and most platforms) require labelling synthetic or substantially AI-generated content. Comply with those requirements.
  • No training a competing model on our Outputs or scraping our interface to build a competitor.

04Prohibited conduct

You also may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or scrape the Service, or attempt to access source code or non-public APIs;
  • Disrupt or overload our infrastructure (denial-of-service, traffic floods, abuse of generation quotas);
  • Probe for vulnerabilities except through coordinated disclosure (see Security below);
  • Circumvent account, rate or quota limits, including by creating multiple accounts to exceed a free-tier limit;
  • Use the Service to violate someone else's rights or to break the law of any applicable jurisdiction;
  • Sell, resell, rent or sublicense SocialBoiler access without our written consent.

05Enforcement

We can review reported content. We may, at our sole discretion, warn you, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate your account, preserve material for law-enforcement requests, or refer matters to authorities. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent termination. We are not obligated to monitor content proactively and we are not responsible for content posted by users.

06Reporting violations

To report content or behaviour that violates this policy, email support@socialboiler.app with a link to the relevant content, what you believe was violated, and your contact details. For copyright complaints, see the DMCA Policy.

07Security reports

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to security@socialboiler.app. We ask researchers to: avoid privacy violations and degradation of the service; do not access data that isn't yours; give us reasonable time to fix issues before public disclosure. We will not pursue legal action against good-faith research that follows these guidelines.
